We Care about Your Non-Profit

Country Thunder believes in giving back to those who give to us. We are committed to assisting in the enhancement of the communities that take part in our exciting events every year. Each year, we honor 10 non-profits with a donation to their cause in the form of Country Thunder 4-DAY General Admission tickets. If you would like your organization considered for our annual giving, please see the following guidelines below. We must have your information on proper letterhead by the deadline dates for consideration.

Guidelines

  1. Name of organization or group
  2. Non-profit tax ID number and/or proof of 501c3 status
  3. Event solicitor's contact name and information; mailing address, e-mail and phone number
  4. Name of the event date
  5. Statement of Purpose - Purpose of organization and plan of action with potential donation.
  6. Organization website

Deadline for Requests

Arizona 2013 Show: February 15th, 2013

Wisconsin 2013 Show: February 15th, 2013

Once we receive all donation requests, they will be reviewed and decided upon within 10 days after the deadline date. You will be notified of your acceptance during that time period. If you are accepted, each donation will come with a voucher that can be redeemed at Country Thunder will-call.
