Renewals Times

Please visit the information booth for all camping and ticket renewals

Thursday: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Friday - Sunday: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Notice: All tickets and campsites go on sale to the general public the Tuesday July 23rd. If you do not Renew your tickets by Sunday July 21st, they will be available for sale Tuesday.

Where do I Renew my tickets?

Pre-show: Starting July 8th you can renew online or by calling 866.802.6418 for the 2014 show!

At the festival: Renewals will take place on-site at the Information Booth.

What type of payment is accepted?

All major credit cards and/or cash. If you are paying with cash, please have the exact amount as the Information Booth does not have a cash box.

Who can renew what?

Campsites: Any one can renew the campsite they currently have for the existing years Festival. One cannot purchase a site other than the one they currently have until the festival is over and tickets go on sale for the following year.

Reserved Seating (RSVD): Any RSVD seating ticket holder can renew the seats they currently have. If you would like a different seat you may make a change request during the renewal process.

These requests will be addressed the Monday July 22. If Country Thunder is able to fulfill ones upgrade request, the RSVD ticket holder will be contacted and presented with the available seating.

**Exceptions: Should a current ticket holder decide not to renew their seats, but wishes to allow a fellow RSVD ticket holder to purchase their seats: Both parties MUST be present at the same time (at the information tent during renewals) for this transaction to take place. The current ticket holder will acknowledge that they have forgone their right to renew and Country Thunder will then transfer the tickets to the new account holder.

When do tickets and campsites for next years show go on sale?

Camping and Admission tickets will go on sale the Tuesday July 22nd following the 2013 Country Thunder!
